Today - I got the estimate ...
864 Rials .. thats right folks ... thats a lot of money!
When i told Junior mother, she didnt say anything ... she just passed the phone over to Junior.
He started saying that they dont have that much money.. and that he has a problem with his job now, he has not gone to work for a few days...
The Bahwan guys said that this is an initial estimate and that they will be able to provide a more accurate estimate if they open up the back bumper and see what damage is inside. Worst case scenario is that it will cost 864 rials.
Next, i have to find the time to drop the car off at the workshop so they can assess, give a better estimate and start fixing the car. But what if Junior and his mother are not able to come up the cash? does that mean i should leave the car unfixed?
